Learn how to make Delicious and Tempting Andhra Style Chilli Chicken with our chef Tarika Singh<br /><br /><br />Ingredients For Marination:<br />(Serves 2)<br /><br />- 1 cup Coriander leaves<br />- 1 cup Mint leaves<br />- 1/2 Lemon Juice<br />- 8 green Chillies(chopped)<br />- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder<br />- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder<br />- 1 tsp Ginger Paste<br />- 1 tsp Garlic Paste<br />- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Salt<br />- 1 tbsp Water<br /><br />Ingredients For Cooking:<br /><br />- 2 tbsp Oil<br />- Curry Leaves<br />- 5-6 Black Peppercorns<br />- 1/2 cup Water<br /><br />Ingredients For Slurry:<br /><br />- 1 tbsp Cornflour<br />- Salt<br />- 1 tbsp Water<br /><br /><br />Method:<br /><br />1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, chopped green chillies, garam masala powder, cumin seed powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt<br /><br />2. After grinding, add 1 tbsp of water and grind it again <br /><br />3. Now, take this marination and coat the chicken with it, evenly <br /><br />4. Cover the chicken bowl and let it rest for 1 hour<br /><br />5. Now, heat oil in a pressure cooker, and to this hot oil add curry leaves and black peppercorns<br /><br />6. Stir it up and add marinated chicken in the cooker<br /><br />7. Fry it and keep stirring, and now add 1/2 cup water<br /><br />8. Close the lid and let it cook on a high flame up to 4 whistles<br /><br />9. Once cooked, turn down the flame <br /><br />10. Now, to thicken the gravy make slurry using cornflour and salt and water<br /><br />11. Add salt to the cornflour along with 1 tbsp water<br /><br />12. Mix it, and add it inside the pressure cooker <br /><br />13. Start the gas, and on a high flame mix it, and wait for it to thicken
